How it works

For players

How do I join a game?

Open a game and tap Join Game. Rank the positions you're willing to play, with your first tap as your top priority — you'll be placed in your highest-ranked position that still has room.

What's the difference between Pending and Confirmed?

Pending means you've got a slot but the host hasn't marked your payment as received yet. Confirmed means the host has. Free games, and the host joining their own game, skip Pending and go straight to Confirmed.

How do I pay?

By bank transfer, directly to the host — SeeBallHitBall never handles money. Once you're Pending, the host's payment details appear on the game page. Only pay once you're Pending or Confirmed; never pay from the waitlist. Also please be smart about it, if you've never been to the session or it looks dodgy, ask to pay at the session instead - Reminder, SeeBallHitBall does NOT do any checks, track or validate hosts or sessions. Please use at your own risk.

What if the game is full?

You can join the waitlist for the positions you'd play. You're not in the game yet, so don't pay. If a slot you ranked opens up — someone withdraws, gets kicked, or the host adds capacity — you'll get a bell notification. It's first come, first served: whoever presses to claim it first gets the slot. There's no automatic promotion.

Can I withdraw?

Yes, at any time, from Pending, Confirmed or the waitlist. Your slot frees immediately for someone else. Any refund for a payment you've already made is between you and the host — SeeBallHitBall isn't involved.

For hosts

How do I confirm a payment?

Open your game and tap a pending player's avatar, then Confirm paid. This is the only way a pending player becomes confirmed.

Can I move or remove a player?

You can move a player to any other position they ranked that still has room, or kick them outright, no reason required. A kicked player can join again later.

Can I repeat a game every week?

Yes — turn on Repeat weekly when creating a game and pick an end date up to 6 months ahead. Every occurrence is created as its own game with its own roster and payments.

What if I need to change a weekly game?

Editing or cancelling an occurrence asks whether it applies to this game only, or to this and all future games in the series. Pending and confirmed players are notified of any date, time or venue change, and of a cancellation.
